Shipping Rates:

  • Pickup at Store: Free
  • Delivery greater than 5 boxes: Free
  • Delivery less than 5 boxes: $25/box
Plan 2: West Coast

Ideal for: Bulk Buyers, Restaurants, Caterers

Location: West Coast (CA, AZ, NV, WA, OR, UT)

Delivery Time: 1-2 days

Shipping Rates:

  • West Coast (CA, AZ, NV): $25/box
  • West Coast (WA, OR, UT): $35/box

Note: You can pick from 1 to 10 boxes and mix and match any box.

Plan 3: Nationwide - Half Pallet

Ideal for: High Volume Businesses, Meat Stores

Coverage: Entire USA

Plan Includes: 25 boxes (that means half a pallet)

Delivery Time: 5-7 days

Shipping Rates:

  • West Coast: $250/pallet
  • Mid West & Texas Region: $500/pallet
  • East Coast and South: $600/pallet

Note: You can mix and match any boxes.

Plan 4: Nationwide - 1 or More pallets

Ideal for: High Volume Businesses, Meat Stores, Community, Reselling

Coverage: Entire USA

Plan Includes: 50 boxes per pallet

Delivery Time: 5-7 days

Shipping Rates:

  • West Coast: Free
  • Mid West & Texas Region: $250/pallet
  • East Coast & South: $350/pallet

Note: You can mix and match any boxes.

These plans are designed to offer flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and a tailored experience based on your unique needs and location.

We ship our products throughout the continental United States, ensuring that our high quality Halal offerings are accessible to a wide range of customers. For those located on the west coast (CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, UT), we offer the flexibility of choosing from any of our plans—Plan 1 to Plan 4.

However, if you are located outside the west coast, your option is Plan 3 (Half Pallet) or Plan 4 (Full Pallet). In Plan 3-4, customers have the opportunity to buy a pallet of products. You can tailor the pallet to your preferences by selecting from our diverse range of products. This approach allows us to accommodate customers across the country and provide a convenient and customizable shipping solution.

Plans 1-2:
If you opt for Plan 1 or 2, your products will be shipped in a specialized insulated liner. This liner ensures that perishable items remain in optimal condition during transit. We recommend using the products immediately upon arrival and advise against refreezing them. While the products may be partially thawed upon receipt, they will still be safe to consume as they will be below 40 degrees. If, by any chance, you receive products that seem unsafe to use, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Plan 3-4:
If you choose Plan e3 or 4, your products will be shipped to you in a frozen condition using a reefer truck. You can safely refreeze these items if you do not plan to use them immediately. This option provides flexibility for storing and using the products at your convenience.

We prioritize the quality and safety of our products during shipping, and our goal is to ensure that you receive them in the best possible condition. If you have any further questions or concerns about shipping, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

Yes, it is essential that you are available in person to receive your order. Given the nature of wholesale products and their substantial weight, we are unable to accommodate re-delivery attempts. If, for any reason, you are not available or unreachable during the delivery, your package will be returned to the warehouse. Subsequently, it becomes your responsibility to pick up the order from the warehouse.

Please note that if the products have spoiled or are deemed unfit for consumption due to extended storage, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer any refund or entertain return requests. To ensure the quality and freshness of your wholesale order, it is crucial to be present at the time of delivery or promptly retrieve it from the warehouse.

Additionally, we regret to inform you that due to the complexities of delivering wholesale products, we currently do not offer delivery to customers residing in apartment buildings or gated communities. We apologize for any inconvenience this limitation may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Yes, we do offer in-store pickup for your convenience. To take advantage of this service, simply place your order online and come to our location for in-store pickup. Our address is 766 Gladys Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90021. Please note that our in-store pickup hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. This option provides a quick and efficient way for you to access our high-quality Halal products at your convenience.

Returns Guide

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on perishable products due to their sensitive nature. However, if you suspect that the product has gone bad or exhibits a foul smell upon arrival, we kindly request you to take a temperature reading using a meat thermometer. Capture clear pictures of the product and the temperature reading, and promptly send them to support@halalfoundry.com.

Please ensure that you are present during the delivery. In the event of your absence, no redelivery attempts will be made. It becomes your responsibility to pick up the product from the nearby warehouse. Additionally, it's important to note that, given the wholesale nature of our products, we are currently unable to deliver to customers residing in apartments or gated communities.
